How can we help you?
We support a range of people including carers and people with physical, learning, mental health, sensory and complex needs. We operate 365 days a year.
We respect the individuality of people and promote choice, independence, dignity and safety at all times. We also believe that Carers and the person they care for must have access to high quality services that enable them to have a break and enhance their own health and well-being to continue in their caring role.
We aim to provide a flexible and adaptable service that meets the needs of individual Carers and for those they care for.
The support we provide can be within the family home or on an outside activity and range from 1 hour to a full 24/7 support packages.
Following an assessment at a mutually agreed time our staff will undertake any specific tasks agreed through a Personal Individual Support Plan.
Our regulated services include:
- All personal care tasks
- Assistance with mobility transfers
- Assistance or the administration of prescribed medication
- Specialised tasks
We also provide a range of non regulated services (which are chargeable) such as:
- Attending hospital appointments with you
- Light housework
In order to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff all agreed tasks are risk assessed.
Please contact 01322 336086 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more about the services we provide.
Please note that we cannot allow staff to be subjected to passive smoking in the course of their work and we will therefore ask you to provide a smoke-free environment when we support you.
